Welcome

I am doing this blog so we can keep everyone updated about Susan. I know there are people all over the world who love her and are praying for her. She and the family thank you for all your prayers. Our hope is in our Lord. Please continue to keep her in your prayers.

You can leave messages for her on this blog and when she is feeling better she will be able to read them. We are telling her each day the people who are praying for and calling.

Sunday Dec 27

Susan is not doing well. She is very weak, tired, still has dizziness and nausea. Hospital bed is coming tomorrow, we hope that will make her more comfortable. Hospice is coming in and that is helping all of us. Please continue to pray for her.

  5. Dear Susan,
How much Cindy and I wish we were there with you! We pray for you daily and ask God’s mercy pour on you, strengthen you and heal you completely.

“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.”

    With much love,

    Alan and Cindy

  8. Susan, ever since our last chat, this Twila Paris song has been in my mind when I think of you . . . may it encourage you today.

    RUNNER

    Courier valiant, bearing the flame
Messenger noble, sent in His name
Faster and harder, run through the night
    Desperate relay, carry the light
    Carry the light

    Runner
    when the road is long
Feel like giving in but you’re hanging on
Oh runner, when the race is won
You will run into his arms

    Obstacle ancient, chilling the way
    Enemy wakened, stoking the fray
Still be determined, fearless and true
Lift high the standard, carry it through
    Carry it through

Mindful of many waiting to run
Destined to finish what you’ve begun
Millions before you cheering you on
Godspeed dear runner, carry it home

    Carry it home
    ******
We love you, Susan. You have run--and continue to run--so well.

  9. Susan,
Your photographs of your travels...whether on the back of an elephant or surrounded by animals in a market place or the face of a beautiful little face...have always inspired me share you with others. My wife and I first met you when we were visiting with Rennick at the missionary apartments in Anderson and you shared some of your brownies with us...doesn't seem that long ago.
We pray for you daily. Dennis & Georgia Miller
